法国对食品包装文字说明出台新规定
法国对食品（包括进口食品）包装文字说明出台了最新规定，新规定与原规定相比更加严格。
作为其保障食品安全的重要措施之一，规定了食品包装上除了标明食品的商业名称外，还必须标明其法律名称。比如花生食品，企业可以取很吸引消费者的商业名字“多味豆”等，但必须明确标明其法律名称是花生。生产厂家不得以任何吸引人的假名称来干扰和欺骗消费者。 同时，法国人认为，包装盒的体积必须与食品本身的体积相一致，不得用超出食品本身体积过多的盒子包装，经销商在标注商品价格时，必须标明每公斤或每500克的价格。法国对食品包装文字说明出台的新规定，同样约束着进口食品。 |
