欧盟通过立法提高电器的节能和环保标准
据德《法兰克福汇报》消息，欧洲议会近日通过一项法规，要求今后在欧盟范围内销售的电器必须满足更高的环保标准，明显减少能源消耗。这项框架规定指出，今后几年内欧盟将为电冰箱、洗衣机、电脑、电视机和音响等电器制订更高的节能和环保标准，并要求欧盟内所有制造商和进口商必须严格执行。
欧委会认为，欧洲议会通过该规定有利于欧盟消费者和环境保护。新的标准实施后，由于电费和水费的减少，每个家庭每年将节约近100欧元的开销。 在环保方面，该规定执行后，几年之内欧盟就将减少1.8亿吨二氧化碳排放量，相当于欧盟在京都议定书中承诺至2012年应减少排放量的一半。该规定还将刺激欧盟企业积极寻求节能的新途径。 |
