欧盟出台有关婴儿配方及后继配方的委员会指令草案
2006年8月2日，欧盟出台有关婴儿配方及后继配方的委员会指令草案SANCO/2256/2006。
1991年5月14日欧盟委员会有关婴儿配方及后继配方的第91/321/EEC号指令于15年前被批准，因此是在WTO/SPS协定产生前批准的。此后，该指令曾历经多次修改，如：在G/SPS/N/EEC/66(1998年11月25)及(2002年10月15)G/SPS/N/EEC/178中通报的草案。且自1991年以来，该领域的科学已有发展。 |
