89/106/EEC指令市建筑材料产品进入欧盟市场，取得CE认证需要遵循的指令。89/106/EEC也称为CPD指令（Construction Products Directive）。
建筑产品CE认证按AOC（Attestation Of Conformity）分为六种模式：1+，1，2+，2，3，4。
其一般流程如下：
1.提交产品信息；
2.确定测试产品范围；
3.递交测试费用和样品；
4.实验室进行样品测试；
5.试验通过后进行工厂检查；
6.起草认证报告；
7.发放认证证书。
